How long we keep information
If you send an enquiry and we do not work together, we keep your name, email, message, and any website you gave us for 12 months after our last reply, then we delete them. We keep them so we can deal with any follow-up about that enquiry.
If we do the work, we keep those messages and the invoices for at least 5 years after the 31 January deadline for the tax year they relate to. We have to keep business records for that long.
Google keeps visit information for 14 months.
Contentsquare keeps visit information for up to 13 months, deletes a session replay after one month, and deletes an IP address after 3 days.
